This was an easy online reservation to complete and the website was up to date with current availability for the Charlottesville location. After completing the online reservations process, I received a phone call from Robin who wanted to know if I had any questions about the unit and if I had time to stop by and see the facility. Upon arriving, Robin grab a golf cart and showed me where I could park my trailer - I was offered several choices at the time. The decision to select Prime was a no-brainer. I completed my lease, parked my trailer and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. I'd definitely rent from them again. Prime has locations elsewhere so be sure to check them out for your storage needs.

I initially wanted a 10x25 unit for a vehicle. Unfortunately, it was reserved while I got set up by a rep. They instead gave me a 10x30 at a discounted rate to make sure I got the space I needed.
