I moved our things from another storage unit to GoStoreIt and it was a very positive experience. Jessica, who runs the office, was extremely friendly and helpful. And all of their units are climate controlled, which is a huge plus. An employee at the previous facility told me that I wouldn't need a climate controlled unit because I wasn't storing antiques. Unfortunately, I learned that some of our things had molded in the time they were stored there. I'm confident that our items won't be damaged at GoStoreIt and it the price is reasonable, especially when compared with other storage facilities around town.

I like this place. Apparently storage services are hard to get right now and I feel lucky to have rented it.

The building was brand new. The woman at the front desk helped us with all of our needs and we were able to access our unit quickly.

I booked a storage unit online and was reassured that the storage size I wanted was available. However, when I got to the facility, I was informed by the woman at the front desk that the size I wanted was overbooked already. She explained that the website was overbooking like crazy but she was committed to helping me find the perfect container to fix this online error.
