The guy that works a Cube Smart called me after I signed up and asked if I had any questions. Answered all my questions pleasantly and professionally. Made me feel good about using them as a storage facility. Thanked me for choosing them and said I could call anytime if I had any issues or questions. The unit was easy to get to and there was a good area to park and unload. The welcome bag with the lock and instructions was inside the storage unit as stated. Was happy to see the lock package was already cut open because those darn blister packs are a pain to open. The unit was/is clean. Having a security gate is a plus as it makes me feel safe.

The reservation process was smooth and easy. The manager at CubeSmart was head and shoulders. Better than any storage facility manager Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever dealt with. This guy should be managing a large facility like a warehouse or a hospital. His process was immaculate, as was his attention to detail. if he was my employee, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d give him a raise and promote him to regional manager. He really was that good.
