I rented 2 storage spaces. One for my daughter's vehicle and the other for her 1 bedroom apartment furniture/clothing/etc. My experience with Prime Storage was amazing. The rep who handled my account, Jack, was as pleasant as can be (I am from Louisiana). Southern hospitality goes a long way for us Southern FolksЁЯШК. Jack answered every question and made me feel extremely comfortable with the experience. I hired a moving company to move my daughter's belongings. My daughter had returned to Louisiana for the summer so we were reliant on Jack to helps us coordinate with the movers. We purchased a lock from Prime Storage. Jack made sure all the belongings fit in the storage space, locked the door, and then placed the key in an envelope in a secure place at their facility. Upon my daughter's return to Utah for the next semester, she can pick up the key to retrieve her belongings. Jack and the team at Prime Storage were simply amazing. I will definitely use them again.

Customer service was excellent, the staff was great and even helped me hand push a trailer in my unit and i didnt even have to ask for help. Prices are the best around and they have a military discount. I recommend Prime Storage over all others in the area.
