Life Storage - 3096 - Universal City - Pat Booker Road

I needed a storage facility quickly. The online reservation was such a help to getting things done in a hurry. The personnel here were friendly and very helpful when I needed them to be. I've found the facility to be clean and pest free, for the several months that my belongings have been stored there. I'm quite satisfied with my choice.

With the Social Distance guidelines in place, the staff did an outstanding job making sure I was set up with everything I needed and I didnt have to be out at risk at all! As a healthcare worker I couldnt be more thankful for that! Love it! 🥰

Great customer service and nice location

Ronnie was so helpful when we came here. At a time when I was so stressed out in life and with other circumstances she really made sure she did whatever she could in order to help ease my mind and calm me.

People were very nice & friendly. And the storage space was nice & clean.
