This is my fourth time using SpareFoot and, as with other occasions, the result was outstanding. Their process is simple and yields great results. The facility we chose to store our belongings for an intercity relocation was superb - professionally managed, well maintained, spotlessly clean and very secure. SpareFoot is my go to when looking for storage options.

They close public access at 9 pm, a few years ago is was 24 hours so it is a bit more inconvenient.

My close date got moved to the last day of the month so we could not evacuate until the 5th. I talked to them over a week in advance and was told if I called after I moved out they would likely pro rate it since I only had it one day that month. We rushed to empty it due to this just to be told by customer service that they do not pro rate on the way out. You all need to get it straight and not tell people something that isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t accurate. I would not have been in such a rush if I had known. Lady I talked to when I called customer service was rude and hung up on me as well.
