Better Customer Service Processing Neede

This review is based on today's (07-22-20) experience. I received a phone call 9:04 am) from a representative stating that I didn't sign a lease agreement and that my items within storage would be moved out. This is unacceptable language to a customer whose account had already been debited for the amount of storage + fees. In addition, I had already signed a DocuSign document and had been receiving emails thanking me for choosing CubeSmart! In addition, as a customer I had to wait 15 minutes past opening, which made me more late to my job. Thus, costing me money!

my review is the latest was very helpful because my mom set me up with a 5 by 5 or 5 by 10 storage and it was too small so we end up going with the next size up so now it was very helpful to me and I appreciate you thank you
