This location is changing ownership and it looks like they are repairing the facility. It is better to make reservations online and take advantage of the specials.

New ownership plans to make improvements and they are very much needed. Affordable rates but until the improvements are made to cleanliness, driveways, interior smells etc this may not be a long term arrangement.

So many of the units have water damage and dirt, holes in the wall. It's bizarre as if management is asleep at the wheel. Get a broom and dustpan and clean vacated units before showing them. Repair and remove any mold damage or water damage. Replace walls with something that cannot mold so easily if the unit keeps getting exposed to water.
