The rep in office was amazing and fast. She was very friendly and welcoming.

Staff was more than helpful, friendly, and helpful.

There was a blanket stuffed at the top of the storage unit that had obviously been there a long time. This should have been removed and the unit repaired and ready for the next renter. I moved my things in as I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have time to go back & forth across the street to see if another unit was available. However, the managers of these units should be aware of the condition before renting them out. Sparefoot was very informative and helpful, and I thank you. The ladies at Cube Smart were also very helpful, just not knowledgeable about the inner condition of their units. I would not have rented this out until it had been make-ready for a new customer. Moving is stressful.

The entire process was without a doubt, 100% painless. Thank you so much.

When I got to the property and went inside there was just a kiosk, no human present. I guess that it is okay, but personally I would rather deal with a property manager.
