I was so stress out…me & my husband forced to move out of our home because of a no good noisy sex offender Jason Gulley neighbor harassing us daily until finally we had to move and the lady behind the desk at the public storage on realty road was such a good spirit she had me smiling ear to ear as I walked out of that office I forgot all my troubles for just a moment and it was all because of the employee behind the desk! I didn’t catch her name but feel like I should send her lots of thanks and wish more people in the world were like her!

This facility is always clean. I have never had any problems while storing my things at this location. Debbie is always very helpful and courteous when speaking with her.

Cindy was on duty when I came in to rent my unit and she was GREAT!!! Very helpful, Very efficient and did everything in her power to make my rental experience great and it WAS! Thank you Cindy!

Debbie was wonderful! The site is convenient but, tucked away and in a good area. Customer service is genuine!! Impossible to find these days across most service oriented industries. I shopped around first and I would recommend this location specifically over any other storage facility in this area. Clean, convenient and courteous!
