The customer service is top tier. I needed RV parking, I got it but it’s very difficult to park in the area designated. I assume that’s why it’s so cheap. Tenants have left behind items when they had moved their vehicle so that’s why I say it’s a bit dirty. I hope to be able to get a better spot in the future. Again customer support is outstanding. Parking needs work.

Unfortunately, I've had to rent a lot of self-storage spaces over the years. The Extra Space location in Belton is the best unit I've ever seen. Online rental was a breeze and the rates are the best around. Getting into the facility and getting to my unit is easy as there is plenty of space to drive through the facility, even in a big truck or pulling a trailer while other people are there. The units are clean and easy to access.

It was cheaper than the others I checked into.

Everything was perfect. Camille kept it simple and efficient.
