Public Storage - Austin - 10001 North I H 35

I am renting the 5' x 10' climate controlled unit and was able to easily put there all the furniture from 1 bedroom apartment. The unit was clean, no critters insight. Paper work was done on-line, everything was/is very efficient. Manager was very helpful and answered all my questions. Only thing I do not like as much is, that when you exit the I35N the entrance is very close and you have to cross two lines to get in within very short time on a sometimes busy feeder road.

Robin was very friendly, informative, and easy to deal with. I was not previously made aware that I needed to provide my trailer’s registration or title - so had to drive back home to get it - but Robin smoothed things over very nicely and politely. You guys need to keep her around.
