Well maintained and clean if a bit bare-bones

Fairly bare-bones storage facility. Single-story, and there don't appear to be any climate controlled units. Overall they are very clean and the property seems to be well taken care of compared to many facilities I've used in the past. Units do not appear to have any power connections, which would be a very welcome feature. Property manager seemed friendly.

Office staff was very helpful. The unit is squeaky clean and offers excellent access. All units are on the first floor. An excellent value and out of the higher traffic areas. This is the first storage unit I have rented in Texas and I am extremely pleased.
