Easy move-in, need more dollies

Staff was quick to answer questions and help me move into the unit. One downside is that there are a limited number of dollies available (around 3 or so), so if there are other people there it can be frustrating to move stuff in/out.

We had to encounter few challenges during move in. First of all we did not get a cart to load the items. One gentleman lent his cart to us. The quality of the cart is not great. It got struck several times. There was also no instructions on how to use the lock.

The manager and employees were extremely helpful and ready to assist us in any way needed. Excellent customer service which has became rare in today's environment. CLEAN, easy access and safe storage facility. They provided carts to help transfer household to units which was very helpful. I chose it because of it's proximity to my home and I highly recommend it.
