I rented 2 days ago and was delighted with the service I had from the attending person who helped me understand all about storing and renting and everything that goes with it. It was a Saturday I was the last person of the day and even the closing time had passed he took all his time to do an excellent job. Safe Nest is lucky to have personnel like him.

Marie helped me get moved and settled in. She provided thorough information on the facility, and had great customer service! Highly satisfied with my experience!

I have been renting from this facility for a while and have always dealt with Ray Linduski. He has always been and continues to be extremely helpful with any questions or needs I've had with my unit. He was able to find me a conveniently located handicapped accessible end unit on the first floor, which I needed, and will continue to use SafeNest and am always grateful to know that when Ray is there I will get the answers and help that I need.
