Mini Mall Storage - Little River -Hwy 17

I highly recommend Mini Mall storage facility in Little River. Donna and Kevin are extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Always easy to reach. I must admit I ran into a few snags of my own accord and reached out to Donna and she was so nice and patient with my dilemma and helped me through it all! I highly recommend this storage facility for all your storage needs! Absolutely the best service was provided to me🙂🥰

I had a few issues initially but they were very quick to jump in and help smooth and fix everything. I am very happy with the customer service and the storage unit.

Not only was the facility clean, the customer service was simply AMAZING! I could not find my unit at all and instead of hanging up on me, they stayed on the phone until I located my unit. I was paying $200 a month for a similar sized unit with climate control and am now paying $59 a month for almost the same size with climate control that's WAYYY better than the other facility I was using! I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what I was given with Mini Mall Storage! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I will be referring everyone I know to you guys in the future!

The address to the facility and directions given to the facility from employees are completely wrong I was told several times that it's behind the deli in Little River which is completely inaccurate there is no deli at this facility. Correct and accurate directions need to be given to the facility I moved here from out of state it would be nice to be given landmarks that you're looking for in order to find a location when it is back behind businesses.
