Easy process. Very friendly staff

I can't say enough about Cecelia at the Columbia, SC Public Storage. We began working with her in March when USC canceled classes. She stayed in touch with us for 2 months as we waited for instructions on returning to campus and retrieving belongings. At a time when so many were worried, Cecelia and Public Storage weren't something we had to be anxious about.

Deidra , the manager of the Rosewood Public Storage in Columbia, SC, was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend this Public Storage to others due to the customer service.
