Very Clean Unit, move in was easy!

The unit is very spacious and very clean. The only thing is the roads to get to the units have too many holes.

Arrived and was horrible when I arrived at a facility as one out of six units had damaged doors, homeless people living out of some units and security fence had several breaks in the fence. Additional I looked for over ten minutes trying to find my unit was unsuccessful. I called customer service to report the conditions and was put on hold after noting my concerns. Luckily a relative advised me that another storage facility with the same signage was a little further down about a quarter of a mile. This was the correct location but had the exact same signage as the initial facility and on website. Why couldn't customer service advise me of the two facilities on the same road as I was told by locals that this happens often. If it wasn't for the fact I was on a schedule with a relative presently in the hospital I would had made arrangements for another storage facility. I went through a lot of unnecessary stress that could had been avoided by notification by customer service if the fact that two storage facilities are on the same road and one is presently abandon or no longer being utilized. Communication is very important in aspects of life and business.
