Easy to get in and out. Unit size is perfect. Very clean. Love it.

The person who works there was so friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. I love that they have the hand carts for us to use. It's also nice and cool inside.

Now let me just say that I have been to plenty of storage facilities, that I couldn't give a review because I just couldn't. But I will tell you that from the reservation online, to the pricing, to the reminders for email, text and phone calls, was exactly what I needed to let me know the times to come in the office. Greeted at the door, paperwork was done online so just had to sign a few privacy acts and what can and cannot go in the storage, and went for a tour to my unit, and went back to lobby. Was giving my own personal keypad # to get in building,plenty carts available for loading and elevator was perfect. Recommend to anyone looking for an indoor storage.

Climate controlled. Easy access to upper floors with large walk-in elevators. Rent will increase after I believe 6 months - not great but at least that item was made clear. It happened before for me with Cubesmart and the monthly payment eventually increased from 60 something dollars to over 100. Maybe they all play that game? I don't know but I wanted the 1 free month (free as far as the basic rate but there is an admin fee and insurance)
