It should have the gates more clearly marked as to what buildings are in each area. We went to two incorrect areas before we saw there was an area across the street. Very frustrating and time consuming. Also renting on line would not allow us to decline the facility insurance option. Our homeowners policy provides coverage.

Very easy virtual check in process and access to the site.

Process to get set up was quick and easy. The units are very new and well-kept. Would highly recommend if you need storage in the area.

Very clean and the staff are incredibly nice

Mom and pop place. For 10x30 the cost is about 1/3 less than most places which is pretty good. 24 hours access is included and free which is good because most other places only have limited hours. Some places even charges for a 24hr access. As for late fee there is 20% late fee which is higher than the other places. No inside lights so bring your flashlight. But overall the pros for this place is so much better then the other places.
