The woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The prices are the best I could find by a long shot. The only thing that would make it better would be 24-hour access.

Danielle was very helpful checking me in and setting up the account for continuous service. The unit was very accessible and secure.

I was looking for storage in Norristown and the people at Mr. Storage were very helpful and polite. The manager explained their different sizes and took me on a tour and helped me figure out which size was best. He also helped me brainstorm and visualize packing options for the items I'd be storing in my unit. The price was great and he made sure I got the best special. I'd recommend this Mr. Storage to anyone in Norristown.

The price was very reasonable compared to other storage locations in the area. The staff was very helpful from my first call to inquire about a unit through move in. She encountered computer system issues while finalizing the paperwork; however, quickly moved into action to get me checked in with a paper app so that I was not adversely impacted.
