StorQuest - Happy Valley / Sunnyside

I reserved a unit online and showed up later that day to be greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who genuinely seemed excited to help and have something to do. He answered all my questions and was very very helpful. The facility seems very clean and secure. The price for my unit was also decent. The only snag was that the system online allowed me to purchase a lock that isn't available, so I had to purchase a second lock and take a credit toward my account. But I was just grateful for the ease of reservation it didn't really matter much to me.

I just rented a small storage place yesterday. I was very happy with my overall experience. This seems like it will be a very nice place to have for my storage needs.

Very good customer service from the wonderful team

The staff that helped me were awesome. They took me on a tpur and showed me exactly where my unit was and how I would enter. The conversation was light and friendly. Overall, great experience!
