Customer service was great from beginning to end

I gave a 2 star on Pricing due to price is high but everything is going up but overall nice staff and facility.

I reserved a storage online and when I called I was told to come in to finalize. Upon arrival the young man explained everything, including the entire contract so I understood what everything was. He explained the insurance coverage and location and walked me to my storage. Then I was informed I was going to get a military discount which I didn’t expect. After everything he asked if I needed anything or had questions and I had like 5. He didn’t hesitate and was able to answer all questions. The space was very clean as well.

Floyd Taber was really helpful. He walked me through finding the best storage space to fit my need and was really helpful.

If I could give Floyd the customer service agent at this location a million stars for his service I would. He was so nice and very informative. He even took me on the golf cart to see the unit to make sure it was what I needed before I signed the contract. He explained the details of the contract to me so I knew what I was signing. The lobby was clean and tidy. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great unit and great service
