Long story short, I contacted a few other storage facilities BEFORE ARG..what a waste of time.. one place wanted almost double $$ for the unit I needed and one place just flat out didn't answer the phone, and if you got lucky and they did answer, .they studdered all over themselves when you ask questions, like they had no clue... then I remembered where my mom used to store her stuff, went online, made the reservation and with in 10 mins, Chris called,,,wow!! Talk about prompt service, and the rest went so smooth, he even contacted me to make sure everything was fine and that I got stuff moved in there ok... best customer service I've ever received and the pricing was on point ! I'm game about companies making money but can't stand it when they price gouge you cause they can... Great job to ARG, youve got a customer for life !
