Got excellent help from your staff. Units were clean and easily accessible. Prices were reasonable. I feel my unit is safe from thieves. Thank you.

The unit I was assigned was not cleaned and it contained discarded items from the previous tenant. I was assigned another unit that was acceptable.

It would have been nice to know which one on 14 I was getting since there are 2 (atleast)... Since this one is a rock throw away from the Edinburg corner store and so far away... I will unfortunately not be using it.

I did an online reservation, with a move-in date one week away. They literally started calling me 2-3x/day about the reservation. I would politely tell them that yes, I would be there next Monday to set everything up. After the third or fourth day of this, and ignoring several calls, I finally told them I would be there next Monday and continuing to call me was telephone harassment. Additionally, the email that I got said that the facility admin fee was $25 but it was $29 and they refused to honor the amount in the email, claiming that they were "unable to adjust it in their system" and "it has been wrong for a while now." If the price wasn't right, I would have immediately found another company to work with that was less annoying.
