I made a reservation online but when I went in to do the paperwork and pay for my unit she wanted a few hundred dollars up front when I told her it had the promotion for the first month free she hesitated to fix it, then she changed it so the first month would only be around $50 because of fees and insurance, when I viewed the contract she sent to my email, she put it in for the more expensive unit that was the same size but more expensive so it was not the one that I reserved when I pointed it out she said oh well now the computer probably won't give you that first month free if we change it to the other one so I told her I would go somewhere else took my money back and left because I was so upset how can you quote someone a price and then try to charge them more and not give them the promotion they were told they would get. Extremely unprofessional is an understatement!

To expensive and they also make you get insurance on top of it. The buildings are very close together I don’t see how a U haul can possibly get in there. I had a big truck that was bad enough.
