Description

City Storage North is a climate-controlled, safe and secured storage facility located in downtown Wilmington. On site is a self-service kiosk providing customers with the ability to check-in, sign their lease, purchase a lock and make payments 7 days a week between 7am and 7pm. We have a front entrance with a keypad near the kiosk and a side entrance which features a loading dock for easy loading and unloading from a truck. We have over 300 units in various sizes and each unit is equipped with an alarm sensor that is monitored 24-hours a day to prevent unauthorized entry.

The facility is conveniently located. It is a fairly clean storage facility, although the 1 hallway did have a smell to it. The unit itself was clean and bug free which made moving my belongings into the unit more pleasant. The price is well worth it for the assurance of climate control in the unit.
