Public Storage - Wake Forest - 10104 Capital Blvd

The move in process at this location was smooth and quick. The unit was already set up for me with the lock waiting inside. The office staff was very friendly and welcoming and the facility was clean and secure.

This place was a bit closer and a bit less expensive than where I was storing my RV before. Onsite manager is nice.

I've never rented a storage space before, because I'm pretty cheap, but my family is moving and we needed to get some extra space quickly to get the house ready. Public Storage has locations everywhere, but most importantly there is one within a mile of my house, the price was very competitive, the office manager was super nice and responsive, and the facility is very clean. We'll use Public Storage again in the future for sure.

My only disappointment was that I was forced to pay an additional $11 per month for insurance. This was not disclosed when I reserved the unit. This is from my email reservation: Storage Celebration Sale: $105.00 One-Time Admin Fee: $24.00 Total Move-In Cost: $129.00 The actual move-in cost was $140 which feels like switch and bait since this was never mentioned anywhere in the reservation and now I have to pay $116 per month instead of $105 per month I expected.
