Jeff is very nice and worked with me to meet my needs for long term storage. Very happy with the price. I appreciate that. My only issue is communication. We moved from Asheville to Boulder over the Fourth of July weekend and could not get a hold of anyone from the first through the fifth (voice mailbox was full and nobody on-site), even though I had made a reservation in April indicating we would arrive on July 5th. This would have been a disaster except my movers were also delayed by a couple of days. So it worked out, but not without some stressful moments.

Weâve just started moving things to the storage building. I feel the price is appropriate for the size. Our unit is in a neighborhood of trailers and the road into the storage is loose gravel. My only issue at this point is that the unit was not very clean when we started moving in.
