The staff at the facility are great! Really helpful and friendly and worked round the fact I didn't have a US cell phone number. Extra costs in the $1 for the first month offer should be clearer up front.

Scott, the front desk manager was incredibly helpful and made the process super easy. I didn't know what size I wanted so he took time to show me 3 different units and I ultimately got a great one! I moved in my stuff the next day.

It was a busy time of year to rent a storage unit. The customer service and online e-rental process made for a smooth reservation process. I trust that my belongings are nicely and secure.

From the time I set the reservation to the move in date, they were very helpful and communicative. I don’t answer calls from phone numbers I don’t know so they were very clear with information in voice mail. They let me know ahead of time that there were a lot of reservations on my date and sent me paperwork to complete before hand. They let me know that my lock and key was placed and had my access code emailed to me. It was really streamline and easy! I really appreciated the service and simplicity of it, even in this pandemic status.
