Deciding on unit size became chaotic as my needs changed at last minute. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy making the change to larger until was. Even more pleased as I was unable to get into office to complete paperwork and was informed I could do everything online and even get my lock and paperwork when I got into the storage unit. The facility is clean, well lit and feels very safe Great experience on every level

I was quoted a monthly rental price when I moved in, but a month later they said the rent was twice that amount. I moved out.
