Chautauqua Lake Self Storage

Bernie Auer, the owner was very accomodating by phone & text to make arrangements for my access in his absence. It was the only thing that would totally go as expected during a difficult long haul move.

The owner made the move in as easy as possible by visually locating the unit by slightly openning the door and putting a rock near the handle He did everything he could do! Unfortunately for me the weather had greater power with a snow storm that prevented the entrance from opening completely and the slope of the hill difficult to negotiate. The owner did everything possible by indentify the storage location as previously mentioned and by calling me to make sure I was aware of the weather conditions. Thank you

Very easy to find, needed one that day and got into it that evening.
