If no rental agreement is signed within 7 business days, the reservation will be cancelled. I was upset that I could not move in Friday as planned as I did not have the entrance code. I left several messages on Friday. No response. Finally I reached someone (answering service) who gave me the code. I was able to get in the unit on Saturday.
