Alexis gave me the best customer experience that I’ve never received over the phone and in person. And she is one of the best at this location. And she was so much patience with me, to make sure I got what I needed.

Ended up upgrading to this unit , so I just did a transfer , it was a smooth move

As a person not born and raised in NYC, you hear a lot about how most people and businesses are rude and deliver poor customer service. I was very surprised at the rates offered at this facility, thinking it would be negated by poor customer service. To my surprise, I was greeted with a smile, and the reps conducted themselves very professionally. The facility was very clean, and they made it very easy to get in and out of the building to unload my items. They were very courteous and I already recommended the location to a few friends.

The gentleman that took care of me was very professional ! His name was Alex also like my name he explained everything to the tee. It was no confusion I moved my stuff right away in a timely manner thank you again for the great service.
