My only critique is the need for more than 4 dollies at the facility.

The man at the desk was extremely helpful and answered every question with expertise knowedge & care. A great employee. You are fortunate to have him aboard!

Looks like a brand new facility.

Buen lugar, lo único es que no tienen un servicio bilingue.

All the staff was really wonderful, and the facility is clean. However it's not very accessible, you enter the building through sliding glass doors that only open half way. I don't know anyone gets sofas in and there's only a couple of carts. Needs an actual loading dock and away from multiple people to unload at the same time. There were cars lined up when I came and we were all blocking outside storage units.
