I was by a couple of times because of complications with my move and I interacted with 5 employees - ALL of whom were incredible customer servants! I was so impressed with the professionalism and attitude of each one... That's rare anywhere, but especially NYC! Thank yall! I WILL be recommending you to others :)

Its an ok pice, but terrible customer service

here is a discrepancy between the time posted online and the real time they open. I was there at 7:30 (online they said they open at 7 am and on the phone too, but when I got there hey said that they were opening at 8 that day. They are mean, but efficient. Overall, its ok for a storage, but they could be friendlier to have more customers. It is easy to access.

I found this amazing deal on Spare Foot. Went to check out the facility and everything was great. On move-in day we had a bit of a mishap and the unit they gave me had a huge column in the middle. I explained and they let me move to a bigger unit for the same price. I was very pleased with the process.
