We moved in to your unit on 2/16. The biggest snow storm of the year. Bad timing yes. The storage facility and manager were aware we would be moving on that day. We pulled up to the storage unit at 3pm that day only to find that NOTHING had been plowed. The driveway to the facility was not plowed nor was the road back to the storage unit. When a manager arrived she had to park at a neighboring business and walk over because her car couldnât make it into the driveway of the facility. Absolutely no excuse.

When I originally contacted Public Storage about renting a space I was told I would receive the first month for a dollar when I went in to sign the paperwork they told me that that promotion was not on the storage container I request I was very disappointed in this I will not forget I rented the unit anyway because I was in a bind and needed a place right away
