Description

Our Westborough facility opened in November 2020. It is our newest state of the art location offering a variety of climate control sizes from 5x5 units up to 10x40. We also have a variety of commercial drive up units available. Some of these also provide climate control and individual dock height loading areas. One great feature is our drive in loading and unloading areas. We have designated areas for trucks and cars that are covered and protected from rain and snow. Our office area now has Amazon Hub Delivery Lockers, conference room for clients use and individual work stations for you to work from at the facility. Free WIFI is also available. We gladly accept your package deliveries and lock them up until you arrive to retrieve them. A wide inventory of boxes and packing supplies are always available in our office.

Great Facility, but Some Misleading Details

Facility is new, clean, and really well set-up. That said, our experience with setting everything up was not ideal. We had an online promo on our reservation, but were told when we got there (and only after we asked as we're signing papers) that it wouldn't be valid for the 5x5 locker we booked. They blamed Sparefoot. They also signed us up to move in that day, even though we said we were just there to look at the unit. When I asked about the date, the rep said it was because that was how we'd scheduled our original reservation date and it would be difficult to fix it. It was a difference of $3, so I didn't sweat it. When I got home, I realized that the rep had lied -- my reservation wasn't scheduled to start that day, but in fact my preferred day.
