Friel Self Storage - Queenstown

A clean, well-run facility. Very friendly staff expedited paperwork in 20 minutes. It is easily accessible. They have an on-line payment option with email reminders. They suggested I check with my home owners insurance for storage contents coverage and provided info on a 3rd party insurance option. They have a lumber company & hardware store on site if you forget to bring a lock.

I am a returning customer to Friels Storage. My first experience proved to be very satisfactory. The customer service was great, the storage units were more than accommodating and the pricing was very acceptable. I would recommend this facility to others.

Was more cosly to get into than I had thought, for a $50 it cost me $139 up front, then when the person gave me the unit number they could have just said it was unit #2 instead of 002. also they need rain guards, it started raining and the groves in the roofing made the rain pour down on me and my stuff like a water hose
