His reassuring manner helped me see a good solution to the issue and helped me feel confident of a good outcome. He has excellent customer service and people skills. Although he was clearly extremely busy, Steven took all the time that was necessary to help resolve my issue and he did it with courtesy, empathy, and kindness - even while multitasking! Needs a employee on site. With having no on site employee it makes difficult when you need to be helped.
