I would be happier if I knew the place was secure

The lot I paid for to place my vehicle was occupied by a boat trailer. When I contacted the office, which was not on site, I was assigned another less desirable lot that was overgrown with weeds that had to be pulled and stamped down before I could park the car, even though there was a perfectly good empty lot open next to the one I was originally assigned. Not a good experience.

When we arrived to park our vehicle, the spot assigned to us already had a boat trailer in it. The spot next to it was open, but when I called the office, they said someone already had that and reassigned me to another less desirable spot. The spot I was reassigned was overgrown with weeds that had to be stamped down or pulled - in the pouring rain - before the vehicle could be parked. The complex as a whole isn't very inviting. It's tucked into a rather deserted wooded area, and there is no management on site. Also, English was not the office attendants first language, making an already frustrating situation even worse.
