Great price great location space was a lot larger than expected so very satisfied

The process was really fast and they have the nicest staff who responded all of my questions. I called in the morning and by noon I was already moving in my things

I work long hours and getting to a storage place to sign paperwork has been difficult. With Otter Storage, it was all done over the phone and I signed through DocuSign. It was a very quick and easy process. I was able to complete it during my lunch hour one day. Very convenient with decent gate hours.

Area is nice pricing was good my storage was wonderful... but until you go down certain aisle.. can’t turn in with uhaul at all especially while the construction bins are in the way
