Public Storage - Louisville - 7650 Dixie Hwy

Clean, organized, and ran better than any storage facility I've ever used and I've used a few. I should be shot I forgot to write names down. Although the gentleman who was working, it was his first day. He a joy to talk w while I waited my turn. The young lady was absolutely wonderful. Above and beyond, they really wanted to make the experience as smooth as possible. I only talked w her on the phone and as soon as I walked her words were your Loren right. She had no idea I was going to be there, I was actually do to be there the next day. Long off short. The staff alone won me over. If I need another unit I will go no were else and I will definitely pass the word on your outstanding and wonderfully maintained facility. Thank you all.

Rhonda the lady was very friendly and very helpful answered all my questions and got me in and out in no time at all

Had issues with my gate code 1st two days but lady who worked front desk helped me out very nice and friendly
