On May 1st 2023 , I've rented a unit in this place and I've paid my first month payment including insurance and put my own lock on the door , I left the unit empty until my son finish his school on May 10th then I was gonna bring his stuff on this day, I came back to Chicago where I live but the next day I received a phone call from this place telling me that someone broke my lock and broke into my unit , then I asked that person ( Jeff ) : what you gonna do ? and he replied : NOTHING ITS YOUR ( my ) PROBLEM , then I asked hime : are you gonna compensate me for the broken lock ? the he replied : OF COURSE NOT !!!! , the I asked him : DID YOU CALL THE POLICE ? and hed said NO it's your problem if you wanna call its up to you its not my issue !!! then I decided to cancel but so far I didn't get my refund back . This was the worest customer service experiance I've ever had . I forgot to mention that this guy hanged up on me twice . I will never recommend this place to anyone . VERY BAD EXPERINCE DON'T GO THERE . If there is a way to submit this review with 0 star I will do it hundred times .

Staff were very informative and friendly and the facilities were very cleanly. The mandatory insurance threw me off in terms of price.
