This is our first time using a storage unit. We are moving out of the country, so we wanted to separate some items while we list our home. WOW! The digital process is SO EASY!!!!! I did call once as I decided to change our "move in date", and they were very helpful and efficient! The facility was IMMACULATE! We could not be more pleased. The only challenge we had was finding our unit. The outside doors are labeled 1,2,3, etc. but there is no range of units listed. We just had to guess which door was closest to our unit. Even the map outside the office did not list a range of unit numbers. It would be great if there was a sign outside of each door stating "1000-1100", etc.

Patrice was very helpful and I thank her for the good work that she did.
