Boxed Up Self Storage - Rockford

We were looking for a 10 by 30 climate controlled unit for our inventory. This location had what we wanted and it was near a door. Easy in and out with 24 hour access. Manager Juan has always been helpful and friendly.

We have had a great experience with our rental unit. The building is always clean and safe. Juan (manager) has been excellent to work with from the beginning. Very friendly and accommodating. He even reopened the office when we came to make a payment. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Thank You

I have looked for a clean and safe place to store my vehicle for the winter. I finally found Boxed Up Storage and their representative Juan Compo. He was very professional in his presentation of the facility and sought to know my needs and how he could accommodate them. He was polite and forth right with the offerings. He let me inspect the property and was quick to answer all questions fully. As a combination of his great service and the facility I am storing my car there for the FOURTH year.
