Public Storage - Chicago - 3327 W 47th Street

I appreciated how the property manager worked diligently to make sure that I got a bigger storage space for the same price as the smaller one that I originally reserved online. The one I reserved online was listed as available but turned out not to be available because the person who auctioned the space did not empty it out. So, when I arrived at the office to pay for my reserved space, I ended up getting a bigger space for the same price as the smaller one.

The manager Stephanie was great and makes sure her customers understand the lease and answers all questions. Great service.

I been storage at public for over one yr now in I thinks it because of this girl that works that name Stephanie get very good service in nice and friendly all the time good job she does thanks posting storage

Stephanie is an excellent employee. She goes beyond to make sure her customers understand their storage lease. I have been a customer here for 2 years now and have not had any problems.

Stephanie has giving me great service and is very attentive. I was surprised on how easy the process was putting my things in storage. She was patient and helpfull. I couldn't have been more pleased.
