Front desk agent was most helpful to arrange what I needed. Moving important items into storage became stress free.

Martha at the office was very attentive and efficient, that made my first visit very simple and pleasant! After getting her short orientation, usage of facility and storage unit is very easy. Other than few spots on the carpet floor, I am very happy with Public Storage!

Our experience was great. Martha, the receptionist/manager, was friendly and knowledgeable. She upgraded us to a larger unit at no extra charge when the size unit we wanted was unavailable. She personally showed us how to get into our unit. She was very busy with many parties during our appointment but she never got flustered.

The office manager on the day I checked in was professional and efficient. Very personable and could have been a better representative for you company.
