These folks are not only pleasent to be around, they listen and care about what your needs are and what you might have an issue with. I moved here due to the higher rates at Hawaii Self Storage, and have better access, best customer service and better rates. Thank You for building this great new unit!!!!

Brand new & clean facility with friendly staff

Brand new facility in the Mililani Tech park area with great pricing. Chris was so helpful in getting me into a unit the same day I went to inquire. Truly climate controlled at a rate almost half of what I was paying at another facility (where you could tell the AC was off overnight and could not cool down during the day). So glad I made the move and already helped one friend make the switch over to this facility as well. Hopefully the pricing continues to stay reasonable!

Customer service and ease of moving items in and out are my top priority - they excel in both. The facilities are brand new, easier to access than any others I have used and their customer support is hands down the best! Friendly, courteous, and understanding.....thank you so much!
