Upon arriving to check in and sign paperwork I was immediately and expeditiously taken care of. The gentleman who checked me in has the best personality and was so helpful and informative. My storage Unit is 10’x10’. It was easy and painless to access the gate and pull my 15’ uhaul right up to the units door. We had the truck unloaded in no time! You can’t beat the price and convenience of 24 hour, drive up access. I drove 16 miles out of my way just to use this facility and I would do it again. I couldn’t be happier. This facility was exact what I was looking for and there were no hidden charges or fees. It is nice to have old fashion, economical, quality service with a smile. Ark provides all of that and so much more!
